I helped my dad purchase a car from Ideal Auto. Charles was our guy there. The transaction was flawless and Charles did everything in his power to assist in the purchase. He is knowledgeable and appears to be honest in that he did everything he promised he would do. A car dealership is only as g...ood as the people who work there. I don't usually trust car salesmen but I could make an exception here. By the way, they have some very nice automobiles here so if you're in the market, go see Charles. Show more

Mark and team at iDeal Auto were a dream to work with! Got my TRD Pro purchased in less than an hour and they offered to switch over my Camper Shell and Decked Truck System. 10/10 would recommend shopping here!

Drove from Pittsburgh to get a sweet f450 from Tom. Thank guys u r the best. Had paperwork and all done before we got there seemingly. Was in and out in 15 minutes trade-in and all.
