I purchased a car here a few days ago and I can honestly say the process was a breeze because my sales person Charles was amazing! He took care of everything and got me into the car I wanted. George was so healpfull in picking out my dream car and walked me though the entire prosses so i didnt feel at all uncomfortable or stupid about my lack of knolage. Im about to buy a audi a5 and couldnt be more confident about my purchase

My experience with Ideal was fantastic. They have a genuine warm kindness within their business culture. The sales process was low pressure; it was the exact opposite of what most are accustomed to when visiting dealerships. George makes sure the inventory he puts on the lot are dependable used vehi...cles, and he stands by that. Since I purchased my truck, there have been a few issues, and they are taking care of them. This is a great place to buy a quality used vehicle. Scott the Sales Manager is a fair guy who will give you outstanding value for your trade. I would highly recommended them to any one who is looking for a re-sale vehicle.

I spoke with a salesman over the phone and he helped me so that I could just walk in and purchase the car. This was a very easy and comfortable experience. My son loved the car. The car was exactly as seen and portrayed on the internet. I loved this place!

My Husband and I have been looking for an affordable Luxury SUV over 2 months. We had been looking in our surrounding area and were not finding the vehicle we were looking to purchase until we expanded our search. We found iDeal Auto in Raleigh, NC on one of our searches for a Lincoln MKX. The ve...hicle had very low mileage and was in almost immaculate condition listed at a very reasonable price but a little outside of our budget for what we were looking to spend on a used vehicle. The salesperson was very polite and courteous and spent the time needed to make sure we didn't leave there without our needs being met. We were given the appropriate amount for the condition of our trade-in and he was willing to negotiate for us with the manager to bring the price down to an affordable and acceptable amount by both parties. I would recommend the iDeal Auto Dealership to anyone looking for a great crew to work with when buying or trading automobiles. Thank you for your great service. Show more
