I have bought many cars over the years and this dealer is amazing. From the moment I walked into the dealership.i was met with professionalism. My salesman Mark Lowry was low pressure and very nice. It was more like dealing with a friend. The finance manager James Brown was quick, conscientious and kind. The dealership is unusual because it's not high pressure gotta sell you a car if you want one or not. Very impressed with the vibe the place exudes. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Tom and the team at iDeal Auto. I found their dealership on a third party site but did all my business directly with the dealership. I came from out of state and they made it easy to drive away in my new car. They even helped facilitate the financing process even though I went with my personal bank instead of their option. Overall, they made the process of first time car buying so streamlined and I am very impressed with their customer service.

I would definitely recommend this place. My salesman Kevin was so down to earth and made everything super smooth. My uncle even had a good time laughing and conversing with him! I cannot express enough how amazing the whole team at Ideal Auto is. My husband and I have been searching for a well maintained SUV.
