Not your ordinary used car dealer! These guys know customer service. They are building something special here. The quality of vehicles on this lot is surprising but not as surprising as the down-to-earth attitudes from the staff. Felt like I had known these guys for forever by the time I left. Georg...e, Brett and Todd were all very attentive and made sure my Wife and I were comfortable during our purchase. One thing that surprised me was the fact that they encouraged me to either take the car to a mechanic or have one come onsite to check it out. I actually had a mechanic meet me at the dealership and he gave my Land Rover Range Rover Sport a clean bill of health. I honestly feel that George and his team will do whatever is required to earn your trust. They understand that the key to success is being a car dealer that the community can rely on and trust. I drove 2.5 hours to get to the dealership and will definitely do it again next time I need a car. I will also point my friends and family to these guys. Show more

My fiancé and I were on the hunt for a new(er) SUV on May 13th 2017. We went to Raleigh for the simple fact of the variety of places we had to choose from. I've always dealt with the big corporations in the auto industry for the simple fact of them having a name & a reputation to keep. I went to Se...veral places, carmax, leith, kia etc & my fiancé ran across a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on "cargarus" Keep in mind this was on a Saturday @ 4:30. iDeal Auto closes at 4pm on Saturday if I'm not mistaken. A younger guy by the name of Brett or Brent was the salesman that day & said they were closed but decided to actually listen to my fiancés frustrations we had been dealing with that day and told us to come up there to check out the jeep we were looking at. We were trading in my Camry as well. It was a great experience!! We ended up getting way more for my Camry then the other dealers were offering and I got my jeep for almost 3,000.00 CHEEPER!! No haggling, pressuring & all the annoying words a salesmans has to offer! He told us what we needed to know and left us to make The decision on what we wanted to do. We ended up leaving there @ 8pm but very pleased!! I would definitely gives these guys a shot! Super nice & clean cars on the lot with BRAND NEW TIRES!! Couldn't get any better! Thanks iDeal Auto!! I couldn't be happier with my experience at iDeal Auto. Will literally went above and beyond to ensure the car I drove away with was a safe, reliable, fairly priced car. iDeal has a great car selection with great prices and a laid back, no pressure atmosphere. As a first time car buyer, I went in... to this dealership with all the car-buying horror stories in the back of my mind. William was able to alleviate all hesitations and anxiety by providing amazing, honest service. I was definitely a difficult customer but, Will maintained his professionalism, geniuity, and patience. And now, finally I have a gorgeous car that I absolutely love! Show more

Okay, I really don't know where to begin. I contacted them after seeing that they had 2 Volkswagen Passats. I emailed them late that night, but I had a response very early the next morning. I was greeted with a very professional phone call from William, who was able to answer all of my questions. I ...came to Raleigh 4 days after initially contacting them, and met the sales reps. Todd took care of me, he is a true character really. I am VERY impressed with the shape that their cars are in. Their lot is full of choices. My car had a low beam headlight out, but that was fixed immediately. I don't think that these guys are money hungry at all. I felt really pressured at other dealerships, but they just kept asking if there was anything I needed. I will 100000% recommend them to anyone, and I will come back for my next car also! Show more

If you're shopping for a quality used car in the Carolinas, head to Ideal Auto! I drove all the way from Charlotte to buy my Audi here because of their selection of cars and great prices. It's a small dealership with a huge lot, tons of inventory, and a range of vehicles. The inside of the dealershi...p is also really comfortable and newly renovated. I sent in my credit application on Sunday and by Monday afternoon I had recieved a call from Scott in finance, been approved for a loan, picked out my car, and had all my questions answered. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful; and as a female buying a car alone for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. I had a wonderful experience with iDeal Auto. They provided top notch service! I have a growing family and my husband and I were searching for a vehicle that will accommodate all of our children (all in car seats, 3 to be exact). We found exactly what we wanted, not to mention we received a great tr...ade-in amount for my vehicle, we also received a great deal on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We were able purchase an awesome warranty as well at an affordable price (they offer several options if you want to add a warranty onto the vehicle being purchased)!!! Their vehicles are affordable and they are willing to work with you on the price, the staff is very friendly and laid back. I never felt pressured, and the care they give their customers is unheard of nowadays! This was the absolute BEST car buying experience by FAR that I have ever had, seriously!!!! The service they provide is just off the charts! I cannot even put into words how impressed and appreciative I am of these guys!!! My husband and I had visited other local car lots before visiting iDeal Auto and I was not pleased with any of the others or the way they did business. iDeal Auto made up for that and all the time my husband and I felt we had wasted at the other places!! Will and Brett are just amazing to work with!!!! Great, great guys, you never get that car salesmen feel from this place, believe me these guys are not just there to make a dollar they are sincere people!!! Everyone there seemed very friendly, but of course I have to recommend Will and Brett as they were the two that took such good care of my husband and I.
