I had a wonderful experience with iDeal Auto. They provided top notch service! I have a growing family and my husband and I were searching for a vehicle that will accommodate all of our children (all in car seats, 3 to be exact). We found exactly what we wanted, not to mention we received a great tr...ade-in amount for my vehicle, we also received a great deal on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We were able purchase an awesome warranty as well at an affordable price (they offer several options if you want to add a warranty onto the vehicle being purchased)!!! Their vehicles are affordable and they are willing to work with you on the price, the staff is very friendly and laid back. I never felt pressured, and the care they give their customers is unheard of nowadays! This was the absolute BEST car buying experience by FAR that I have ever had, seriously!!!! The service they provide is just off the charts! I cannot even put into words how impressed and appreciative I am of these guys!!! My husband and I had visited other local car lots before visiting iDeal Auto and I was not pleased with any of the others or the way they did business. iDeal Auto made up for that and all the time my husband and I felt we had wasted at the other places!! Will and Brett are just amazing to work with!!!! Great, great guys, you never get that car salesmen feel from this place, believe me these guys are not just there to make a dollar they are sincere people!!! Everyone there seemed very friendly, but of course I have to recommend Will and Brett as they were the two that took such good care of my husband and I. They worked with us, helped us get the payment we wanted, and we had a good time during our whole visit!!! They are genuine, down to earth people. They will go above and beyond to help any way they can to try to give you everything that you want. Where do I start Will and Bret helped us today with our new to us 07 Acura MDX and these guys are the best they spent most of the day making sure we got what we wanted ideal autos is definitely without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had the guys are laid back no pressure is put on ...you to buy I honestly feel like after my experience today that they just want what's best for you because they hustled for me and my wife today Show more

Definitely A good car lot to purchase a used vehicle.A great quality of cars and my salesman Will Miller was very helpful and he was upfront and honest. I've had my car for about a week and so far so good. I would definitely recommend anybody to buy a car from this dealership. Bought a car at iDeal Auto at the end of 2016. While there were a couple of procedural kinks during the purchasing process, they made a good effort to sort them out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will be willing to deal with them again.

My buying experience was one of a kind. The confidence of the salesman made me feel I was getting a quality vehicle, and even though I've only had my Honda CR-V less than a week, I'm truly satisfied with it. Have already recommended your dealership to others. Thanks for everything.

Well where do I begin, these guys are AWESOME!!! Considering the fact that my credit score was significantly low, they literally dug through EVERY resource to get me approved.
