I worked with Charles here to buy my beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan. Car was already in great shape but had a couple issues and not only did they cut me a great deal but they went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were resolved. He's always very responsive when I call which is awesome as we...ll. I got an amazing deal on a great car and I couldn't recommend Charles or Ideal Auto more. Show more

Charles was great!!! He was very patient with me and informative about the vehicle I chose. I would definitely work with Ideal Auto again and I will send my family and friends there to purchase their vehicles also.

Great experience! I just bought a Kia Optima and I love it! Bill was excellent and very easy to work with. He even stayed well past closing for me which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a great car.
