Bought a car at iDeal Auto at the end of 2016. While there were a couple of procedural kinks during the purchasing process, they made a good effort to sort them out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will be willing to deal with them again.

What a blessing to have been served at Ideal Auto on Louisburg Road in Raleigh, NC. Steve was very attentive, genuinely caring, professional and well informed as he guided me toward a new car purchase. He and David worked tirelessly to arrange the best deal to meet my needs, within my economic avail...ability, and my choice of vehicle. Everybody was pleasant and very patient. Believe me, Steve worked hard for his money, but never displayed impatience toward me. I will be a repeat customer. I can in good conscience recommend this Dealership for your next vehicle purchase. Dealt with Shawn and the nice staff at Ideal Auto in Raleigh, NC. Prior to contacting Ideal Auto, I visited a few other dealerships and got the feeling like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. These guys at Ideal Auto are very nice people. We dealt with Shawn who was a nice, genuine guy. The staff at this dealership really worked for the business and didn't act like they were doing you a favor. The experience at 8 of them was uncomfortable, I felt like I was being hustled at each one of them.
