I am beyond pleased with the outstanding customer service that my fiance and I recieved with our recent purchase of our 2014 Jeep Compass with iDeal Auto. The amazing group of employees went above and beyond to help us get the Jeep we wanted with no hassle. They worked beyond closing hours on a Satu...rday night to get us in the Jeep we wanted. Great experience...I was looking at a BMW because I had had one before, but after meeting with George from Ideal, he asked me to consider my options before settling on a brand. After looking at several different brands, I drove away in a Mercedes that i absolutely love! I would never have considered... it had it not been for him! He gave me so much information about every car and when I chose the mercedes, I left there knowing what every button and knob did....this guy really knew his stuff. Bought a Ford Raptor from George and Bill a few days ago. Both were phenomenal to work with. Very laid back, reasonably priced cars and willing to deal. Outstanding Service!!! Easy to work with the sales person. Steve Aranda, was very helpful and honest during the process. Took me over 2 months trying other dealer and here just took me few hrs to find the truck I was looking for!!! Excelente Servicio para Hispanos en el área de Raleigh!!!
