I purchased a car from Ideal and within a few days discovered an issue. I took it in for service and the issues were extensive. Mark, James and George were outstanding in their service to me. They took the car back and made everything right. They sold me a different car, a super clean KIA that I am ...pleased with. My experience had a positive outcome and I recommend these guys. Charles was great!!! He was very patient with me and informative about the vehicle I chose. I would definitely work with Ideal Auto again and I will send my family and friends there to purchase their vehicles also.

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother, Tracey Clark and I quote his words: "I bought a pre-owned Nissan Maxima on May 1, 2018 from Ideal Auto. From the moment I drove on the lot and then entering the building, I received nothing but tremendous and great customer service. Driving off the l...ot in my new set of wheels was a great experience with no hassle in the purchase of my car. Six months later, I drove back on the lot to have the windshield replaced on my car. What makes this so worth sharing is that Ideal Auto stood behind their word when they promised me that they would repair it. And I have to say my sale rep Mr. Charles Boamah took care of me. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction He really made me feel more than just a number. I felt like an appreciated customer and i and he had his service department take care of everything for me. Mr. Charles Boamah is worthy of any of my business and if I need anything in the future I would definite deal with him again! on 1/27/2017 my husband and I went to Ideal Autos and I honestly wasn't expecting the best, however after meeting Todd and spending all day with him and his boss George, I honestly would not have had it no other way. Todd went above and beyond for us to make sure we were satisfied. Always checking i...n us and briefing us of the long process with the banks and finally we ended up with a luxury vehicle that was not expected or in the plan to purchase! I just want to thank you Todd for everything and the constant persistence to make me happy. I worked with Charles here to buy my beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan. Car was already in great shape but had a couple issues and not only did they cut me a great deal but they went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were resolved. He's always very responsive when I call which is awesome as we...ll. I got an amazing deal on a great car and I couldn't recommend Charles or Ideal Auto more. Show more

Well where do I begin, these guys are AWESOME!!! Considering the fact that my credit score was significantly low, they literally dug through EVERY resource to get me approved.
