Buying a car here took the team all of 15 minutes or so. I found exactly what I was looking for off Autotrader and called to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle and was seen the same day. I already had my financing in order but they took care of everything else super fast. They detailed th...e car for me as well so I drove it off the lot sparkling and immaculate inside. I worked with Charles here to buy my beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan. Car was already in great shape but had a couple issues and not only did they cut me a great deal but they went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were resolved. He's always very responsive when I call which is awesome as we...ll. I got an amazing deal on a great car and I couldn't recommend Charles or Ideal Auto more. Show more

George, Charles, & Lee made it happen. My fiancé knew how upset I was from the initial banks’ decision, but they worked through it together & made my dream come true. The next day, they made the deal for my fiancé to happen too, getting him out of the truck he had purchased 60 days prior for wor...k & found out that he no longer needed it, his second purchase there. We’ll definitely be returning (in the not so distant future lol) & referring friends & family to you. I had heard them advertised on the Light radio station, but to see the hat trick happen in person, I’m a full believer. They’re the go to guys! Show more
